Eligibility
The Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited and is open to all individual participant who shall, as on June 15, 2020:
(i) be between the age group of 2 (two) years to 16 (sixteen) years (both included)
(ii) have a valid proof Indian citizenship,
(iii) be permanent residents of India;
(iv) be viewers of the channels Nick, Sonic, Nick Jr & Nick HD+ (“Channels”)
Important Terms
The Contest shall commence on June 15, 2020 at 12.00 PM and shall conclude on June 21, 2020, at 11.59
hours or any other date as decided by the Organizer
Modes of Participation: To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to do the
following:
a) visit the website www.nickindia.com/YogaSeHiHogaContest (“Contest Page”)
b) check the Contest post on the Contest Page
c) upload on the Contest Page, a still image or video of the Participant doing their favorite Yoga pose/asaan (“Contest Entry”). The Contest Entry can be uploaded either by way of commenting on the Contest post or direct message or upload as per instructions provided under the Contest post. d) The Participant may also be required to provide details such as Participant’s name, age, city, email id in the form provided therein (“Form”).
The Form and Contest Entry is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contest Submission”.
e) Thereafter, Participant is required to click on the ‘SUBMIT’ or such other button/option provided therein whereby the Contest Submission will be submitted to the Organizer’s backend. Participants are required to follow the instructions provided on the Contest Page.
A Contest Entry will be considered as valid only if it has been submitted as per the instructions provided in clause 4(a) to 4 (e) above
