British Council runs a 3-week Summer School course for young learners between the ages of 8 and 15 years.
The course is delivered in a fun and interactive way with the aim to improve your child’s confidence in using the language. The course provides theme-based activities designed to develop language skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening), vocabulary and pronunciation.The theme for summer 2016 is ‘Shakespeare’. Your child will be introduced to a range of Shakespeare’s plays and will have the opportunity to experiment with drama and theatre.
Project work is fun and different to the normal school routine and encourages confidence, creativity, communication and team-working skills.
Summer school courses are available at our centres in Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata.
