Students in first, second and third year of UG studies are encouraged to apply. Students in their first year of PG studies can also apply

Students may apply to work on one or more projects offered by any IIT Gandhinagar faculty member.

Summer Internship 2019 at IIT Hyderabad

The faculty in electrical engineering department at IIT Hyderabad work in a broad range of research directions. Some details about the faculty research interests can be found here. The department offers summer internship program between May - July every year. The internship programs are typically for 8 weeks.

Eligibility
The candidates from EE, ECE and EI background, and who are currently in 3rd year of their program are eligible to apply. Exceptional candidates in the 2nd year of BTech program, and 4/5th year of reputed Integrated MSc programs are also eligible to apply.

Around March 30th 2019
Commencement of internship
May 15th 2019.
Selected candidates are expected to report at IITH on the reporting date with necessary documents. We may tolerate a delay of 2-3 days for exceptional reasons such as exams, if communicated well in advance.
Internship Duration
The selected candidates must spend at least 2 months at IIT Hyderabad to receive a certificate.
Stipend
Some students may be offered a stipend depending of project funds available with respective faculty members. This will be communicated to you at the time of selection. If you are interested in self-supporting your internship please indicate so in the application. The typical cost of self-supporting yourself (meals and hostel accomodation) for 8 weeks is about Rs. 12000/-.

Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation announced the ‘Wild Edens Photography Contest’ as a part of its Wild Edens project. Photo Competition aims to encourage promising Indian wildlife photographers to share their vision of Wild Edens.
