Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in partnership with Codingal is hosting a competitive online coding competition - HPE CodeWars 2023 Code Battle.
A coding challenge for grade 8-12 students to come together and compete in real-time to solve problems in various topics and get on the top of the leaderboard.
You will need to solve coding problems using any programming language: C, C++, Java, Python.
Format
26 problems to solve in 3 hours using either C, C++, Java, or Python.
Each problem statement will have points associated with it.
Points increase with the difficulty level of the problems.
Real-time leaderboard.
The student with the highest point will be the winner.

Competition Date: April 30, 2023 | Time: 1 PM IST
Judging
All submissions are evaluated by the online judge.
The problems will be partially graded, which means, you will be awarded points for passing each test case.
There are no penalties for incorrect submissions.
Feel free to submit as many solutions as you want, the best correct submission will be considered by the online judge.
Participation criteria
Grade 8-12 students.
Grade 8 students who have passed or have given their final examination of Grade 8 in 2023 are eligible.
Grade 7 students who have passed or have given their final examination in 2023 and enter in Grade 8 are not eligible.
Grade 12 students passed in 2022 or before are not eligible to participate in the competition.
To claim for prizes, students must submit their school ids.

There will be a practice session consisting of 50 coding problems to solve.
This practice session will help you to be aware of how virtual competitions and problem-solving work.
