As part of the Swachhta Hi Seva 2024 campaign, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) invites you to showcase your creativity by turning waste into art. This exciting initiative encourages citizens to find innovative ways to promote sustainability through art, using materials that would otherwise be discarded.
Contest Details
From September 20, 2024, to October 10, 2024, participants can submit pictures of their artistic creations on the MyGov portal, demonstrating how they have transformed waste into art. Each entry must be accompanied by a brief description of the process and materials used, emphasizing the importance of reusing waste and supporting a cleaner, greener future.
How to Participate
- Log in to the MyGov portal to submit your entry.
- Share a picture of your artwork along with a description explaining how you used waste materials to create it.
- Each participant can submit only one entry.
Rewards and Recognition
Top entries will receive cash prizes and will be prominently displayed in the MeitY office, showcasing the participants’ creativity and commitment to sustainability.
- 1st Prize: Rs. 5,000
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 3,000
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 2,000
