The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India has hosted a convocation ceremony for the candidates in the skilling ecosystem, on Vishwakarma day which was on the 17th of September.
To achieve PM Modi’s vision of ‘Vikshit Bharat’ by the year 2047, skilling would play a pivotal role. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is making massive strides towards skilling the workforce in India and generating demand of the skilled workforce not only in the country but also in the international markets.
The convocation ceremony was a first of many ceremonies to be done across the skilling institutes under the scheme.
In this context, a competition calling for entries from people to showcase their skills would seem relevant for creating and celebrating the skilled workforce of the nation.
