Create a simple project on Scratch and win unbelievable prizes
Who are eligible :
Group A : For the learners of Standard III, IV & V
Group B : For the learners of Standard VI, VII & VIII
Activity Task :
Group A : Tell an interesting story. Imagine a situation, where some Scratch characters are acting on the stage. You have to use sound, animation and dialogue. You may get some ideas from Aesop’s fables or other moral stories, but never copy anything from anywhere. Creativity and Imaginary power are the criteria for selection.
Group B : Create a game with user’s interacting. Besides sound, animation, use score board to monitor the user’s activity. You may watch videos from Youtube or scratch.mit.edu to get some basic ideas, but your project must be original.
Steps to follow :
Download and install the Scratch3 software. Go to scratch.mit.edu/download and choose your operating system.
Download the "My tutorial" e-book and study seriously.
Chalk out the project with innovative ideas and then start creating step by step on Scratch3.0 offline editor.
Make screen shots simply by pressing the 'PrintScrn' key and paste them on a MS-Word file.
Describe everything clearly as if you are explaining to a learner. Finally, convert it into PDF, just like we did in our e-book.Then attach it with your e-mail and send it to sedmthinktank@gmail.com along with your name, class, school, guardian's name, complete postal address, phone number, e-mail id. Also, a copy of your last mark sheet as a supporting document.
