Chemathon - The Science quiz

St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, is delighted to announce CHEMATHON 2025, an esteemed inter-college science quiz competition held as part of its annual event, Alchemesis’25. The competition serves as a platform for undergraduate and master’s students to exhibit their expertise in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology while testing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all undergraduate and master’s students from science departments.

• Participants can register individually or in teams of two members.

• Cross-participation in multiple teams is strictly prohibited.

Registration Details

• Deadline: 10th February 2025, 12:00 PM IST

• Submission Method: Interested participants must register via the provided Google Form: https://forms.gle/CvZx6ygeDeL8iw4t6

• Only one submission per team is allowed; multiple entries from the same team will lead to disqualification.

Event Details & Guidelines

• Date & Venue: 12:00 PM, 15th February 2025, NCLT, Science Block, St. Stephen’s College.

• Quiz Format: The competition will take place offline and consist of two stages:

  • Preliminary Round: An eliminatory round where participants will be shortlisted based on their performance.

  • Final Round: Shortlisted candidates will compete in three rounds, determining the ultimate winners.

• Judging Criteria: The overall cumulative points secured by participants throughout the rounds will determine their rankings.

Prizes & Recognition

• Cash prizes worth ₹1.5K+

• Certificates for winners and participants.

• Result Announcement: Winners will be declared during the concluding ceremony of Alchemesis’25 on 15th February 2025.
