NATIONAL ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION

The Hoot Welfare Society is Organising NATIONAL ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION. There shall be nominal registration fees of ₹ 100. The fees can be paid via Paytm/ UPI/ Bank Account. The last date for submission is 3rd March, 2020. Essay shall be accepted in both English & Hindi Language. The word limit shall not exceed 1000 words. Only soft copy shall be acceptable. The Essay shall kindly be submitted in Google Forms . The Result shall be declared HERE on 10th March, 2020. E-Certificate shall be issued to all the participants. Top 10 essay shall be published here on our website. The first prize shall be awarded with cash prize of ₹1000 in each category. The consolation prize shall be awarded with cash prize of ₹500 in each category. Top 10 essay shall be awarded with Merit e-Certificate.
First Prize Winner will also get the "content Writing Position" in the Ngo (Pro Bono).

PROCEDURE

1- Write your essay

(On any sub topics from 6 main topics)

You can write two or more than two essay (separate registration money will be paid)

2- Fill this application form (Read below given rules clearly)

3- Pay required fees

4- Upload your Essay 

5- Upload your payment screen shot

6- Submit your form before last date (3rd March)

7- Wait and relax for Results (10th March)

*All details should be clearly mentioned no changes shall be entertained after the end of the last date.

* In the declaration of results discretion of Hoot Welfare society shall be final.  

RULES

*PRIZE ONLY FOR AGE LIMIT BETWEEN 15-30. 

Register yourself and submit your essay later in the google form or through email

1- Title of essay & choosen sub topics should be Clearly mentioned

2- English writers can only submit their essay in document form with TIMES NEW ROMAN as font and size of 12 and spacing of 1.5.

3- It should be word-processed preferably using Microsoft Word, using double line spacing, with each page numbered, and with the essay title on the top of first page.

4- Do not include any pictures or other illustrations.

5- References - books, articles or online sources that are cited should be listed at the end of the essay. Mark the place in the text by a superscript number that refers to the reference list

6- Quotations should also be acknowledged in the references.

7- References shall not be counted in the count of 1000 words

8- Very slight plagiarism is accepted

9- Hindi writers shall submit either in image form or in document form

    i) Images and PDFs should be clearly visible

10- Hindi essays which are in word format shall be published on our website if selected under top10.

11- You can also send your essays on our email with all necessary requisites.

12- There can be a author and one co author for a particular essay.

13- NO refund of fees once paid.
