To accelerate the efforts to achieve universal sanitation coverage, Swachh Bharat Mission was launched on 2nd October 2014. Under the mission, all villages, Gram Panchayats, Districts, States and Union Territories in India declared themselves “open-defecation free” (ODF) by 2 October 2019, the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, by constructing over 100 million toilets in rural India. To ensure that the open defecation free behaviour are sustained, no one is left behind, and that solid and liquid waste management facilities are accessible, the Mission is moving towards the next Phase II of SBMG i.e. ODF-Plus.

Sbabam New Toy Design Contest
Sbabam and Desall invite you to design a new toy aimed at generating a surprise effect thanks to transformation features or other special characteristics of the product.
Sbabam is looking for concepts for a new toy, whose distinctive feature is the surprise effect generated during the game phases. The surprise effect may be generated by a transformation, by particular characteristics of the toy or by the type of interaction expected. The transformation can be mechanical, physical or chemical and can take place only once or be repeated during the game phases. The mechanisms dedicated to making the game dynamic and unique, as well as any electronics dedicated to interactivity, must be as simple as possible, with basic actions to be performed. For some examples, see the Reference products paragraph.
INTERNATIONAL DESIGN CHALLENGE 2022
International Design Challenge (IDC) facilitates students (undergraduate program) from various design and technology backgrounds (e.g. HCI, UX, ICT, industrial design, product design, visual design, interaction design) to demonstrate their problem solving and design ability to propose solutions for digital-technology issues. HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship 2022-23 aims to support meritorious and needy students belonging to underprivileged sections of the society. Specialization Quiz on Online Financial Frauds
The Ministry of Home Affairs has set up Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under a Scheme to handle all the issues related to cyber crimes in a comprehensive and coordinated manner.
I4C has a National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCRP) i.e. www.cybercrime.gov.in wherein all the complaints pertaining to cyber crimes are reported by the citizens.
I4C also has a helpline number 1930, wherein the financial cyber fraud complaints are reported by the citizens.
One of the main objectives of I4C is to create an ecosystem for prevention of cyber crime and to provide cyber safety tips to citizens for cyber hygiene.
To felicitate a sense of awareness against online financial frauds, Indian Cybercrime Coordination Center (I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs is running this Specialized Quiz on Online Financial Frauds, the details of which are mentioned in the succeeding paragraphs.
Successful participants would be provided with a Participation Certificate, which can be downloaded after completion of the Quiz.
The Quiz will be open from 2nd August, 2022 to 31st August, 2022.
