HiCounselor, a VC backed Edtech startup based out of the Silicon Valley, is organising a design competition that is open to all

Eligibility Criteria:

The competition is open for all. There are no age restrictions. We are looking for creative

minds

What is expected from Participants?

1. Participants have to follow, like, share and subscribe to our post on social media handles. i.e. Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin platforms.

2. The participants are suppose to submit two designs on the following specifications:

Design details:

a. Design-1 : HiCounselor Brand Mascot/Character:

I. The first design must have traits of the HiCounselor brand in the form of a cartoon/Animated character/mascot. The character should project the brand image of HiCounselor and what we are about. So understand the company and incorporate the same in your design language.

II. The design should be a fully developed character, not a vague/incomplete character.

b. Design-2 : CEO & Founder’s Character Design: Create a cartoon design of our CEO Aditya Sharma. Based on the traits we will provide. The character needs to be a fully developed character.

How to Participate?

1. Follow and engage with our Social Media pages.

2. Type In the url : www.hicounselor.com/dare2design.

3. We will be providing the video on the landing page to share a brief about the contest. Please watch the video for a better understanding of the contest.

4. The url will lead you to the contest landing page of HiCounselor Dare 2 Design.

5. Go through the page to understand the details of the design contest.

6. Click on the tab “Submit Here”.

7. Fill all the details and submit your designs as per the specifications mentioned in the landing page.

There is an option to download the PDF for all the details of the contest for future reference.

Technical Parameters:

1. The participant should submit a preview file in JPEG format and original file (Adobe Illustrator(.ai), .bmp, .xcf, .psd, .eps formats etc.). They can submit two sets of ZIP files of both designs each ( JPEG for preview and Original file .ai).

a. Set#1. In the following format :[name_hc1]

b. Set #2. In the following format :[name_hc2]

2. The resolution should be in 2000pX 2000p.

3. The designs can be in 2D or 3D format.

4. Files uploaded through Google Drive Storyboards, scripts as Word or PDF documents or pictures will not be accepted eligibility.

5. The character and designs should be a fully developed character. Not an unfinished and draw character.

Prizes & Awards:

1st prize- $400

2nd prize- $250

3rd prize- $100
