About the Organizers
Shri Ram Chandra Mission (SRCM), founded in 1945, has been at the forefront of promoting heart-based living through meditation, education, and community service. With a legacy of over 75 years, SRCM continues to inspire millions toward peaceful and purposeful living.
The contest is held in collaboration with Udaan Youth Club (UYC), an organization dedicated to empowering youth across India through creative and transformative opportunities.
Contest Categories and Topics
Participants can write in any one of 12 approved Indian languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu.
Category 1: [Ages 14–18 years] – Word Limit: 500
Topic: “No one can hurt me without my permission.”
Category 2: [Ages 19–25 years] – Word Limit: 750
Topic: “Acceptance is a sign of evolution.

Submission Guidelines

No participation fee

Submit only one essay
-
Essay must be typed or neatly handwritten on A4 paper

Include: Your name, father’s name, age, and institution name on every page

Mention word count at the end

No illustrations, slogans, or promotional appeals

Submit via the official upload link (shared on the Heartfulness website)
