CBSE EXPRESSION SERIES ON WATER CONSERVATION

To create more awareness on the crucial issue of water conservation, CBSE Expression Series on Water Conservation is being organized.
Topics and Medium:
Class Category with Medium and Topics
Primary (Class 3 to 5) Paragraph (150 words)/ Painting - I am a Water Saviour! OR Be Water Wise!

 Middle (Class 6 to 8) [Essay (400 words)/ Painting/ Poem] - Thoughts I had When There Was No Water Supply for a Day at Home! OR How I Motivated My Friends for Saving Water?

Secondary (Class 9 to 10) [Story 700 words)/ Painting/ Poem] - Story of Water OR The Case of the Mightiest Mr. Water!

Senior Secondary (Class 11 to 12) [Article (1000 words)/ Painting/ Poem] - Joining Rivers to Save our Future. OR Indianizing the Global Measures for Water Conservation

The Paragraph/ Story/ Essay/ Article can be submitted in any of the 22 scheduled languages and English

 Conduct of Expression Series at the School Level:
Schools shall themselves conduct the Expression Series on the above topics from 12th to 18th December 2019. Information of the Expression Series should be given to all students.
For entries, i.e. Story/ Article/ Essay/ Paragraph/ Painting/ Poem, participants may use the sheet given an annexure I or a sheet with all details as given therein.
Schools shall complete the evaluation of entries by 18th December 2019 and shortlist one entry per class category for onward submission to CBSE.

Schools can submit the entries from 18th to 24st December 2019 using an android phone through CBSE Expression Series App available at Google Playstore.

Each participant( of the best entry from school) will get an online certificate of participation at his/her registered e-mail ID after the successful submission of entry on the App.
10 best entries of each category will be selected at the regional level by all CBSE regions for onward submission to CBSE. (The number may vary depending upon the quality of entries.)
From the entries received from all CBSE regions, 3 best entries of each category will be selected at CBSE Academic unit and awarded a Certificate of Merit. (The number may vary depending upon the quality of entries.)

  1. I hope true justice will be done to those students who really put up their efforts and come up with new innovative ideas for water conservation... There r some students who really do research work and put forth their ideas in the form of write up...If our government should follow those methods..I think we will be able to succeed in spreading awareness and conserving our most crucial water source..

Indeed....water conservation is the need of the hour...so also is the need to educate the young generation to comprehend the situation that if water is not saved today.... there could be no water tomorrow.... scary but TRUE...I think we should encourage the new ideas by the students....which will motivate them to save water themselves as well as motivate others....Keep going
