School Students of Class IV-viSchool Level Painting Competition
School Principals to organise painting competitoin of 2 hours duration.
Students can use any size of paper and painting material, but A4 size preferred. Any one of the themes can be slected for painting.
The two best paintings will have to selected and sent to the Nodal Officer by 4 October 2012.
The back of the painting should carry the following information.

- Tel/Mobile No. of Parents

- Email ID of Student (if any)
- School Name and Postal Address
- Scholl loacted in Urban/Rural Area

State Level Painting Competition
Upto a maximum of 50 paintings will be selected by a committeee of experts/jury and the students will be called to participated in the on-the-spot painting competition to be held on 9 November 2012.
Each participating student will be paid Rs. 1000/- in cash and a Participation Certificate. Transportation charges to the for the students and escorting guardians will be provided.
National Level Painting Competition
The first three prize winners of each State/UT will be eligible for National Level Competition to be held on 12 December 2012
National Level winners will be awarded cash prizes on National Energy Conservaiton Day to be held in Delhi on 14 December 2012.
